Projects:
  • Explorer Scrapbook pages are created almost daily. 
  • Project A: Explorer Review Game.
  • Project B: Dress up as an  explorer for Explorer Day.  Invite guests to listen to short biographies or give presentation to another class.
Bulletin Board Ideas:
  • All ashore!  Let's explore!
  • Raise the mast!  We're off at last!
  • Great riches come from heaven; small riches come from diligence.

  • A type of scrapbook for each student.   Possibilities:

    Use page-protector sleeves.  They usually have an edge for a 3-ring binder.  Pages can be put in a 3-ring notebook or a colored 3-ring paper folder.  (You can make these booklets ahead of time and let the students slip their work inside the page-protector sleeves.)

Each student use a full-page photo book  from the $1 store.

  • Project A - Popcorn, napkins, etc..
  • Day B3 - Need large bag of M & M's
  • Project B - Chips and dip for Explorer Day; plates and napkins, etc.
